Our unique blend contains Penreco versagel and other ingredients which gives it texture and makes it perfect for ice cream, malts, beer foam e.t.c. It comes unscented. You melt it just like gel, pour it at about 160 degrees and you can also add fragrance. If you are using it as beer foam, poured on top of the gel (in the beer mug) after the gel has set (cooled).
